    CARTESIAN MANIPULATOR

    Design and implementation of the XYZ Cartesian manipulator with travels of 2.2.2 [m] for a professional Anechoic Chamber.

    LABORATORY ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT STATION

    Comprehensive design and implementation of an electrical measurement station in accordance with individual customer requirements. The stand is equipped with professional devices, incl. YOKOGAWA, GW INSTEK.

    MANIPULATOR FOR GLUING GLASSES

    An innovative design and construction of a pneumatic manipulator for moving and mounting the glass.
    The device that holds the glass under pressure has 6 degrees of freedom.
    In addition, the operator applies glue to the surface of the glass by freely rotating the glass.
    Pneumatic logic prevents the window from dropping in the event of pressure failure or operator error.

    MULTI-STATION LINE FOR ASSEMBLY OF CAR SEATS

    Design and delivery of two robotic lines for assembling components in automotive dashboards:

    • carousel-type construction with a centrally located industrial robot,
    • equipped with independently controlled and freely configurable assembly, control and storage stations,
    • the possibility of disconnecting any station for its servicing and starting the line operation.
    STATION FOR CLIP ASSEMBLY AND ULTRASONIC WELDING

    A complete station for welding plastic car parts and assembling clips:

    • automation system based on a PLC controller with a graphic touch panel,
    • safety system using two-hand control and light curtains,
    • pneumatic system,
    • ultrasonic welder.
    STAND FOR ASSEMBLY OF THE BACKHOE-LOADER SUPPORT FOOT

    Two sets supporting the assembly of heavy elements. Manual manipulator with pneumatic logic that changes the power of support depending on the transferred load. The stand, with a pneumatically driven rotary table and a docking station for the manipulator, allows you to easily and safely move a workpiece weighing 35 kg.

    The manipulator reduces the weight of the lifted detail to 5 kg. An additional pneumatic drawer for Euro pallets facilitates access to the parts.

    MODERNIZATION OF THE STAND FOR VELDING KAPILLAR AND EVAPORATOR

    Modernization of the device in the scope of:

    • design,
    • adding mechanisms for new device functions,
    • control and pneumatic system.
    HEAVY CHAIN ​​CONVEYORS ON THE TIGHTNESS CONTROL LINE OF PREFABRICATED CONCRETE

    Design and workshop execution of two (11 and 19 meters long) chain conveyors for a foreign customer.

    IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FRAME ACCORDING TO THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

    Workshop execution of a steel frame according to the documentation provided by the customer.

    WELDING OF THE CONTAINER

    Welding of a stainless steel container for a grate cleaner of hydropower plants.
    The container is 13 meters long and weighs 2,200 kg, with track guides mounted on its long sides.

    ASSEMBLY WITH A SWIVEL

    Concept, design and production of a device for valve assembly. The valves require the assembly of components on three sides.
    For this purpose, a lifting mechanism is used to rotate the mounting plate. Moving the lever 15 degrees rotates the plate 90 degrees.
